The design of the Spotlight Award went very smoothly. The clear association with a beam of stage light passing through the layers of glass and casting a shadow on the "red curtain" was expressly accepted by the customer. The mold is closed on both sides with brushed stainless steel elements.

Book of Lists is a Polish-English guide to business in Poland. It contains nearly 70 rankings covering all major areas of the Polish economy. The Warsaw Business Journal publication focuses on B2B services and presents about 2,500 companies from various sectors of the economy: financial, real estate, hospitality, consulting services and many others.
At the ceremonial Gala in 2012, the statuette was awarded to, among others Jan Kulczyk. On behalf of the laureate, the award was received by his daughter - Dominika Kulczyk. The other winners are Santander, KGHM, IKEA and HB Reavis.
In 2015, an additional statuette was created in the Rising Star category, and in 2018 we refreshed the WBJ Spotlight Awards project.
